It is a wine where freshness is sought after, whether it is at harvest time when the grapes are freshly cut, the pressing is then carried out quickly and the settling of the must is done cold.

This is a fresh and mineral wine with beautiful citrus aromas of grapefruit and lemon.

In perfect harmony with seafood with this little citrus note that will enhance in a beautiful way shrimps, squid and mussels. A beautiful seafood oriented Paella like the Paella De Marisco.

J'ai bien le rouge...mais le blanc aussi!

J'ai l"habitude de boire cette cuvée des vignes de Bila Haut en rouge, mais je dois avouer que le blanc est aussi un petit vin sympa avec aussi un très bon rapport qualité prix.
