This wine of the domain Le Rocher des Violette reminds us of a Sancerre but with notes of Accacia and quince more marked.
It is Xavier WEISSKOPF who works on this particularly well-balanced wine, full of fruity sweetness whereas it is a rather dry wine, thanks in particular to a 7 months ageing in used wooden barrels.
A top-of-the-range white wine, round and consensual, very pleasantly fresh as an aperitif.

Un superbe vin blanc idéal pour l'apéritif, c'est plein d'arôme, c'est bien équilibré et en plus c'est Bio ce qui ne gâche rien!
Ce TOUCHE MITAINE est une pépite du Val de Loire.
Au fait, pourquoi ce Montlouis-sur-Loire du Rocher des Violettes a t-il ce nom original? Ce serait intéressant que vous l'indiquiez dans la description du vin.
