This white nectar from Burgundy is one of the greatest white wines of the Côte de Beaune.


The colour is golden and the wine is fine and elegant with buttery notes and a rare aromatic complexity.

The wine is rich and dense, and really deserves to be combined with great cuisine.

We had the chance to taste this Corton-Charlemagne with a Bresse chicken with yellow wine and morels, the agreement was exceptional. We finished this great Burgundy vintage with Bleu de Bresse, and here again the association was fantastic.
