This bottle of red wine has everything to be superb: the sublime terroir of Hermitage, the great winemaker that Michel Chapoutier is, an exceptional vintage in the Rhone Valley and a very precise maturing process for this Sizeranne of 18 months in oak barrels for 85% of the wine and 15% in inert vats to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.

This red Hermitage Monier de la Sizeranne is one of the greatest vin de garde in the Rhône Valley. A nectar to be reserved for special occasions.
