This Coteau de Vernon cuvée is the most prestigious of the Condrieu, a mythical cuvée produced by the Pope of Condrieu who gave the appellation its letters of nobility: Georges Vernay.


Produced in very small quantities, this micro-cuvée is of exceptional quality, coming from a plot in the heart of the Condrieu appellation, where the subsoil and exposure is perfect.

The nose is fine but rather discreet, but on the palate it has a magnificent aromatic bouquet of apricot, peach and a touch of honey on the finish. Extraordinary aromas but with a lot of mastery, the wine is fine and with a rare elegance.

Many specialists consider that it is THE wine of Condrieu that you have to taste to realise the potential and richness of the white wines produced in Condrieu.
